These general terms and conditions apply when you as a customer place an order at www.momentpoetry.com. The agreement is concluded between you and Moment Poetry.

The poems and artwork featured on this website are the intellectual property of the authors, in this case represented by Moment Poetry. If you’re interested in using a poem or its part, or any of the featured photos or illustrations, please do not do so without prior written consent from Moment Poetry.
A purchase agreement is concluded when Moment Poetry has confirmed the customer’s order and the customer has received an order confirmation from via e-mail. The customer is entitled to cancel their order up until it has been confirmed by Moment Poetry. The order may be canceled later based on mutual agreement between Moment Poetry and the customer depending on the specific situation and the reasons provided.
When the customer registers a user account and/or places an order, the customer will be requested to provide some personal data (necessary to process the order). The customer confirms that the information provided is correct and complete and is responsible for any errors in the information provided. Information about the processing of personal data is set forth in our Privacy Policy.
The prices stated on the website apply to orders placed on the website. All prices are presented in Euro and are final. The prices do not include shipping fees, which are given separately in checkout.
The Customer can pay for their purchase in the manner specified on the website. Read more about our different payment options.
When purchasing products on the website, the customer has a 365-day withdrawal period. This means that the Customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Moment Poetry accordingly within 365 since receiving the ordered poem. In such case the customer is kindly asked to provide their name, address and other relevant information. If the customer uses their right of withdrawal, the customer shall cover the return shipping costs and is responsible for the condition of the returned product. Moment Poetry will refund the full amount the customer has originally paid for the product, including shipping costs, upon receiving the returned product in acceptable condition.
Moment Poetry reserves the right to change these general conditions at all times. Any changes will be posted on the website.
